Yahata Kane Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture by Mr. Hoben Shiren (He Jidong) and Ms. Kurayoshi Keiko (Weng Meijing). The company began its international trading operations, primarily engaging in business with China. |
| 1995 (Heisei 7) | 10th anniversary of the company’s founding. |
| 2005 (Heisei 17) | 20th anniversary of the company’s founding. |
| 2006 (Heisei 18) | The head office was relocated to Katsushika-ku, Tokyo. |
| 2009 (Heisei 21) | Constructed its own building in Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture, and launched its real estate leasing business. |
| 2015 (Heisei 27) | 30th anniversary of the company’s founding. |
| 2018 (Heisei 30) | The head office was relocated back to Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture. |
